Returnable Items

Item can still be returned even if it has been opened, tried on, or unsealed.
Non-Returnable Items
A full refund may not be possible in the following situations:

Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to product quality issues, wrong item shipped, or damage during transit, we will cover the return shipping costs.
For returns due to personal reasons (such as incorrect size, dislike of style, etc.), the return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
Refund Processing
